Dear Colleagues! In 2016 we have made a number of changes to the corporate policy of quality statement! We have simplified certain formulations and put in the first place our key principle of consumer orientation!

VOLMA Corporate Policy of Quality Statement

Our mission. We provide solutions for making ideal surfaces. We develop together with our partners and make it possible to be proud of achievements.

We pursue our mission and strategic goals by creating and upgrading the corporate quality management system based on the following principles:

1.      Customer orientation

We value our external and internal consumers. Our strategic goal is to assure customer satisfaction improvement.

2.      Constant improvement

We commit ourselves to constantly improve our technologies, processes, and solutions. Feedback from our internal and external customers lays the foundation for improving our processes.

3.      Management leadership

Our Leadership Team undertakes to carry out the corporate mission and assure the unity of corporate goals and areas of activity. The Head of VOLMA is the one person who embodies its values.

4.      Process-oriented approach

VOLMA corporate activities and resources are managed in a uniform process system, which makes it possible to assure its general productivity and efficiency.

5.      Fact-based decision making.

We commit ourselves to create a management system, where all actions are based on unbiased, transparent, and fact-based decisions.

6.      Employee involvement

Each VOLMA employee is a value. We commit ourselves to enable our employees to show their capabilities and expertise to the full, engage new employees with new expertise, and thus improve the quality of corporate management and engineering solutions.

7.      Mutually beneficial supplier relationships

We pursue relationships with our raw material and service suppliers, taking account of both, corporate and supplier interests and needs.

VOLMA quality management system have been certified with success by the Lloyd’s Register (LRQA) and recognized as compliant with ISO 9001:2008.
